Our HCPC registered Occupational Therpaists offer a massive boost to the peple wanting to remain in or retun home from car. The will complete a holitstic assessment within your home environment. Adaptations, equipment provision, activities of daily living, mobility and transfers, cognition and mood. An initial assessment will identify needs and realistic goals formulating a treatment plan. This will provide a safer more comfortable way of life.
